With every pass through Watermill during the past two summers, we've been watching the new Parrish Museum take shape. Next to the Hamptons' iconic windmills, the new building, designed by the famed Swedish team of Herzog & de Meuron, was destined to become a regional landmark the second it opened its doors in November, and, in one fell swoop, transform art on the East End.
